Unity bug reporter not working , I'm not able to post any bug reports Can anybody help?

When I get a crash and trying to report in Unity Bug Reporter its showing this error when it packs the report till 50%

Error while reading: error:140943FC:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert bad record mac
