Unity doesn't work! It won't download and when i do it manually it has errors.

So I downloaded unity a couple of days ago and everything worked fine, then one day out of nowhere the scripts wouldn't update and I got this error...native error the system cannot find the file specified(in which the scripts won't work and a lot more), and so I deleted(uninstalled) unity and I couldn't download it again with the hub so I installed it manually but got the same error and then uninstalled the hub so I reinstalled it and still won't work.

(at first, it wouldn't download because memory so I cleared a bit and then it worked , but it won't show any pop-ups that it doesn't have enough memory)
