A bunch of errors on starting a new project

Hello everyone. I am a newbie in Unity and now I am stucked with this problem here. When I start a New Project the console gives me the same amount of errors every time. I tried to reinstall Unity (2019.3.13f1) but I didn't help :C

Each of 447 error starts with Library\PackageCache\com.unity.test-framework@1.1.13\UnityEngine.TestRunner

I couldn't find anything that could help me with these errors and since I have them I cant run the PlayMode

UPD: I found this question https://answers.unity.com/questions/1589400/problem-with-webgl-building-unity-201830f2.html yesterday but the answer was 'an incorrect function in c# code'. But I dont have any c# code as I start a new project
