WebCam.uploadTexture() is too slow with using 4K webcam.

Unity is very slow when working with 4K webcam video. ex:Ricoh theta.

Even with the new CPU, I only got 20fps and my CPU Performance is close to 100%. ex: Ryzen 5 3600, Intel i7-8700@3.2GHZ.

According to the Profiler, I guess the cause is WebCam.uploadTexture() inside WebCamTexture class .

Getting 4K webcam video is not slow, when using other tools like TouchDesigner.

Please let me know if you have any solutions in Unity.
