seamless transition between two box-colliders of slightly different heights.

I have a ball which rolls down a track. The track is made of multiple cubes (this is required). The cubes slightly overlap each other, but are not exactly the same size (this cannot be changed). Cube A might be, say one-tenth of a centimeter lower than Cube B. When the ball hits the tiny edge of the cube, I hope to have it roll straight over the edge without responding to such a small difference. However, the ball will collide with the edge and behave irradically (sometimes causing the ball to slow down significantly, or even to jump off of the track). Is there a way to reduce the sensitivity of the rigid body or otherwise resolve this problem?

this might work : first from what you said I can understand that these cubes share at list one axis (x or y or z ) so what you could do is just use the first cube's collider then stretch it to the end of the track , you can do that if you have the number of cubes and the length of each one then just calculate the length of the track (sum of the length of all cubes) then


BoxCollider.size = new Vector3(BoxCollider.size.x, Tracklength ,BoxCollider.size.z); // assuming the axis is Y
