I want to shoot projectiles but it says that the "GameObject has been destroyed but you are still trying to access it"

 using System.Collections;
 using System.Collections.Generic;
 using UnityEngine;
 
 public class Movebulletnaruto : MonoBehaviour
 {
     public float speed;
     public float lifetime;
 
     private void Start(){
         Destroy(gameObject, lifetime);
         }
 
     private void Update(){
         transform.Translate(Vector2.up * speed * Time.deltaTime);
 
     }
 }

I don't think the error comes from this script. Check your debug console which line, and which script it mentions.

It's saying the "$$anonymous$$issingReferenceException"

Are you sure the error is inside this script? Looks like the Movebulletnaruto component is referenced somewhere. Try to check that before.

Eventually, try changing the Destroy parameter and managing the time in the update function:

 using System.Collections;
 using System.Collections.Generic;
 using UnityEngine;
  
 public class Movebulletnaruto : MonoBehaviour
 {
      public float speed;
      public float lifetime;
      private float currentTime = 0.0f;
  
      private void Start(){
      }
  
      private void Update(){
          currentTime += Time.deltaTime;
          if (currentTime > lifetime){
              GameObject.Destroy(this.gameObject);
          }
          else {
              transform.Translate(Vector2.up * speed * Time.deltaTime);
          }
      }
 }
