Unity wont install HELP

I have downloaded unity hub for the free personal version but when i go to install unity it gets to 99% and disappears then when i click locate and type in unity or 2019.4 nothing shows up not in downloads or anywhere i have a 2 tb hardrive so its not a space issue, someone please help ,i have got unity hub but when i try to download unity it goes to about 99% then stops with no explanation and when i click locate and type unity or 2019.4 nothing comes up i have a 2 tb hardrive someone help i have spent at least 4 hours of different downloads, iwant to get to work on a platformer game.
