Camera flickers near terrain grass/detail on Mobile

For my mobile game, i have been making my scenes/levels pretty simple, however, even to some scenes with only 30K Vertices (I believe that is low since the recommended for Mobile is less than 100K Verts), every time the player goes into a place where the grass is visible, the camera starts flickering (the movement of the camera is no longer smooth). There is a few things that I have already tried such as reducing the detail resolution of the terrain (But I did not like the looks of it since the grass becomes the opposite of dense) Also, I tried reducing the terrain size itself, from 100x100 to 50x50 (pretty small terrains), this way I could reduce detail resolution and make the grass look a little denser. But this would lead to inconsistencies across multiple levels which im trying to avoid in my game. Is there anything I can do to optimize this grass? Maybe the grass texture settings can be changed(can it make any difference?). Thank you in advance.
