How to enable vignette and lower the pitch of all the audio in the game when entering slow motion in c#

So I have in my game a slow motion effect when passing an enemy and I did the slow motion effect by following brackeys tutorial on slow motion and he said that the slow motion effect will be better if you slowed down the audio but he won't get into how to do that and I followed a bunch of tutorials and I couldn't slow down the audio also I used brackeys audio manager and I wanted to add vignette when entering slow motion to make it look cooler I was able to add vignette but I couldn't enable vignette when entering slow motion so please help me in these two things

Well you could do this for the vignette effect:

     public PostProcessVolume volume; //reference your post process volume
 
     private void Start()
     {
         volume = GameObject.Find("Volume").GetComponent<PostProcessVolume>(); //Finds the object called 'volume' which has the post process volume on it
     }
 
     void SlowMoVignette()
     {
         Vignette vignette;
         volume.profile.TryGetSettings(out vignette);
         vignette.enabled.value = true;
         vignette.intensity.value = 3f; //Increases vignette intensity to 3
     }
 
     void ExitSlowMoVignette()
     {
         Vignette vignette;
         volume.profile.TryGetSettings(out vignette);
         vignette.enabled.value = false;
         vignette.intensity.value = 0f; //Decreases vignette intensity to 0
     }

However, im not sure how to do slow mo sound. If your sounds are audio sources then you could reference those and change their pitch or smt. But I dont know much about the audioManager. Brackeys has another tutorial on the audioManager if you want to check it out. @maha_bahgat
