Unity hub: "Installation interrupted, installation incomplete"

Installation fails in less than second after I click "continue" on installation dir window (i'd get WR if I was speedrunning unity hub install any% lmao)

It simply says "installation interrupted" in bold, then "installation incomplete" below. Progress bar stops before the half of it. I have no idea what to do since it doesn't show proper error.

I've tried to disable exploit protection from my w10 windows defender(googled the trouble, found this solution), but it didn't helped(since it was already off)
