Move camera according to the PC without the Jump

Hi, I want to move camera according to the playable character but I don't want the camera to move when the playable character performs JUMP animation.

I'm assuming you don't want the camera to move vertically when the player jumps? If so, you just need to disregard the y-position. For example, if your game if a side-scrolling 2D platformer, a possible script could be:

     public class CameraFollowsPlayer : MonoBehaviour
     {
         public Transform playerCharacter;
         public float cameraZPosition = -10f;
 
         private void Update()
         {
             //Have the camera follow the player horizontally but not vertically
             Vector3 cameraPosition = transform.position;
 
             cameraPosition.x = playerCharacter.position.x;
             cameraPosition.y = cameraPosition.y;
             cameraPosition.z = cameraZPosition;
 
             transform.position = cameraPosition;
 
 
             //Have the camera look at the player's horizontal position without regard
             //to the player's vertical position
             Vector3 playerPosition = playerCharacter.position;
 
             playerPosition.x = playerPosition.x;
             playerPosition.y = transform.position.y;
             playerPosition.z = playerPosition.z;
 
             transform.LookAt(playerPosition);
         }
     }
