PlayFab Question not being answered maybe here can help instead?

I'm make it much more simple here, since this is not the PlayFab Forum i don't expect much feedback. I'm looking to build an app for my business and was more curious if PlayFab is the right choice for my needs.


I need to be able to store a small amount of data on the server before an initial login. this being a register number for the cart or "shop". This number can only be used by 1 user at a time except 1 number which all could use at once if needed like in a training session.


Next i need to be able to have the app load the data for that specific park. This is determined by a dropdown menu as is the register number. Depending on which park has been selected only specific login credentials are usable else login fails. Each park has 9 login accounts: 1 assistant manager and 8 employee accounts, all which share the same data. On Initial login success, OnlineMode is set and gets the data from the server and sets the local variables to that, that way when in LocalMode the data can be changed and then sent to Update the server later. Also a SwitchMode button is active to Switch to LocalMode. Sending data option is disabled in OfflineMode otherwise the two modes work the same. Offline mode is when connection is lost from the server.
