REDUCE custom cursor size?

No problem for me on setting the custom cursors, my problem is that they default to 32x32, and this is too big for me. I'm trying to get the native Windows 10 like standard cursor, and hand cursor when hovering.

Here is the difference between my custom cursor in game when using 32x32 cursor image vs windows normal cursor, also on the right is when I set the custom cursor to a smaller 16x16 cursor image, it is scaled up to 32x32 and is blurry:

I am trying to just get the cursor to the native size, or at least have control to make it smaller/bigger if I want. Is there some easy way to just set the native OS's appropriate cursors in different situations, instead of dealing with custom cursor textures? I've seen a couple different work arounds for it out there but I couldn't get any to work for me, or they were too convoluted. Windows already has the different cursor states like when you hover over hyperlinks in browser and stuff, how can I get that behavior?
