Why is my unity editor 2019.1.2 lagging ,Why is my unity editor 19.1.2 lagging

Sir plz help me out as my unity editor is lagging too much and it also takes 3-5 mins to open itself plz help me out to fix it ,Sir plz help me out my unity editor 19.1.2 is lagging too much plz tell me how could i fix it.
