How play animation of GameObject before turn false,How a play animation before the Object turn false.

So i have simple UI. When game starts it will turn true gameobject press start and will start blinking. When i press on it it will turn false and turn on the menu. But i have problem how i can add animation between turn false and then started the menu ? (I just started with unity)

public class Buttonswitching : MonoBehaviour {

 public GameObject presstostart;
 public GameObject newgame;
 public GameObject options;
 public GameObject quit;

 // Start is called before the first frame update
 void Start()
 {
     presstostart.SetActive(true);
     newgame.SetActive(false);
     options.SetActive(false);
     quit.SetActive(false);
 }

 // Update is called once per frame
 public void clickThisButton()
 {
     presstostart.GetComponent<Animation>().Play("Pressed");
     presstostart.SetActive(false);
     newgame.SetActive(true);
     options.SetActive(true);
     quit.SetActive(true);
     
 }

},I created simple UI. I have GameObject presstostart which blinks when the game start. And after clicking on it it will turn false and will turn true the menu buttons. But i have problem that i wont animation before will turn false. How i can do that please. (just started with unity)
