Unity hub not installing ( the installation was not completed/interrupted )

Please help me, I am new to programming and I was told Unity is the best. Every time when I try to download the hub, the loading bar will load to the half and then stops. The application will say that the installation was interruped/not completed. I can download Unity itself but not the Hub. I really wish to use the Hub because I saw it is helping. Yes, I already tried to use the links that bring me to the version website of Unity hub( where you can download older versions and etc.) but the problem is that it won't even let me download the setup.exe in a folder. I (think) I have enough space ( On C: 15gb left, on D: 411Gb left).

I would be VERY GRATEFUL if somebody could help me. I just wanna create a game :(
