Interactable Tree that grows and get chopped

I have been looking for a good tutorials and pointers on how to do t$$anonymous$$s, make Terrain tree intractable, or any tree for that matter, tree that falls down when it gets cut and can be planted in run time ...

or even if you know some asset that does that for you ...I appreciate any help and advice

most of t$$anonymous$$ngs a seen are semi baked tutorials and outdated
