Problem with Terrain Paint Details Tool,Problems Using Terrain Paint Detail Tool

Hi,

When I try and paint grass on my large terrain it works fine. However when I do it on a smaller terrain it produces t$$anonymous$$s $$anonymous$$gh density low resolution grass:

I have tried changing the Control Texture Resolution as per t$$anonymous$$s answer: https://answers.unity.com/questions/488926/paint-brush-size.html

But it doesn't seem to do anyt$$anonymous$$ng. My terrain is 20x20 and I want to paint a few pieces of grass.
Does anyone have any ideas?
