Does Graphics.CopyTexture supports alpha ?

Can I copy texture with some transparency to another texture with CopyTexture ? Get/Set Pixels are tooooo slow.

Yes. But it's a GPU-side operation.

So how should I prepare files because I tried with PSD, PNG, TIF, TGA and always gives me strange results. I'm using ARGB32 format. Below is my result with import settings. I use this file to copy From. I copy hexes from this file and they should look like hexes but it copy rectangles... alt text

By "supports" I meant it copies all channels. Not that it uses it's own A channel as a mask.

To copy while using some kind of mask you can use Graphics.Blit(src,dst,shader_that_does_the_masking)

Alternatively you use CPU-side wokflow. Best option is to get texture.GetRawTextureData for src and dst and process both in a IJobParallelFor compiled with Burst, Schedule it, wait +-hundred ms, then jobHandle.Complete() and texture.Apply(). Few code samples here.
