URP lighting tab missing

Question

I recently upgraded my default 3D project to URP (version 2020.1.10f1) but w$$anonymous$$le watc$$anonymous$$ng Unity's official videos on how to properly use URP, I noticed that my editor doesn't have some tabs shown in the Unity official videos. Tabs such as 'Lighting' to properly bake my lights. alt text

here's how my lighting currently looks, it's awful and I can't add Ambient Occlusion or simple volumetric lighting with soft shadows. alt text
