On that error what are the consequences?

A polygon of Mesh '""""' in """""" fbx is self-intersecting and has been discarded.

What are the consequences, will there be a heavy loadtime or just that some points were discarded ?

This error basically just means that there were redundant polygons in the mesh and they have been deleted. There will be zero consequences from this error as it has already been dealt with. :)

So when i got like 50 buildings in the scene and everyone has this issue there will be no problem with the loading times while removing all the polygons :D?

It shouldnt. Unity can support thousands and thousands of tris and verts in a scene easily. Deleting a couple 100 doesnt seem too bad on performance
