Strange graphical bug in Editor GUI

Suddenly I've been getting t$$anonymous$$s strange glitch all over the place. Package Manager, UI Toolkit, Project Settings... T$$anonymous$$s doesn't change even if I change version, reinstall the same, install another driver or start a new project... Furthermore it's making using the editor A LOT MORE difficult than what it seems like. The selection is not where you see it. E.G Let's suppose you want to Remove a package, If you hover the cursor over "Remove" you won't be able to click it. Does anyone know how to fix t$$anonymous$$s bug?
