Unity3d 2020 Universal Rendering pipeline(URP) shader are pink

Question

I have had this problem for months now. Ever since i got unity3d 2020.2 and installed URP the URP isn't work when i upgrade the material shaders manually and automatically they still stay pink. The only URP material shaders that work are the URP>2D, Auto-desk, Nature, Particles and Terrain but all the others don't work the stay pink. The previous versions of unity3d i had 2019.1 everything worked nicely but it just has outdated features. I don't get errors. I will try i and leave a picture and video

It seems it's an on and off thing on my pc. The problem is that unity3d isn't Compiling but i don't know what to do next.

The way i solved it when I migrated to URP myself:

Edit > Render Pipeline > Universal Render Pipeline > Upgrade Project Materials to URP

Then I just had to restart Unity.

I found the problem why it is on and off. I'm using and old gpu a GT 210 and sometimes when unity3d trys to compile the shaders the GPU drives overload and crash.
