Unity ads not working about publish

I am not sure why the ads still show the default unity ads preview ad even though I disabled testing mode and published it publicly to the app store.

What did I do wrong?

Hmm... maybe in you Project setting on dashboard try to change Test mode: Force test mode OFF (i.e. use real ads) for all devices
