Unable to add modules (android, ios and etc.) or install anything via unity hub

Hi, i've got these weird issues. I'm using mac and i have installed Unity 2019.4.20f1 with Unity hub. When i go to installs in unity hub, select the installed version and add android module, it starts installing. When it finishes, i open a project and i cant change the build to android, it still says "install with unity hub". Also in unity hub when i open the adding modules section, it still has the option to add android build, which means it hasnt installed.

Also i tried to download the latest 2020 official release with unity hub, and half the way installation failed saying "corrupted download file". How can i solve this?

I also tried to install another version, and the install seemed to complete, but it doesnt show in installs and there is only previously installed Unity 2019.4.20f1 folder
