Unity XCode 4.2 Issue

I've been moving to the iOS 5.0 SDK and XCode 4.2 the last few days. I'm having this recurring issue that while minor is driving me up a wall. When I do a build (Unity 3.4.2, iPhone Pro) and Append the scheme (build target) changes from Unity-IPhone->Device, Sim etc to Unity-Iphone->MyMac 64-bit. All of the iPhone options are gone. If I close and re-open XCode the choices come back.

Before Build, iPhone Selection

After Append Build, Mac

Thanks

That happens when you change XCode project file from the outside (i.e. not in XCode). It happens to me all the time and not only when using Unity.....
