Get sprite from serialized field?

So I'm trying to make a job class system where the player will advance to another job upon reaching a certain job level. I seem to have everything else figured out except for one thing: the sprite!
So here's what I have in my Serialized Field:

 [System.Serializable]
 public class Jobs
 {
     public string JobName;
     public Sprite JobSprite;
     public Sprite FemaleSprite;
     public bool isMastered;

     public int HP; //Base value of stat for the class.
     public int Attack;
     public int Defense;
     public int Evasion;
     public int Magic;
     public int Dice;

     public int HPGL; //Value gained upon level up.
     public int ATGL;
     public int DFGL;
     public int EVGL;
     public int MGGL;

     public int HPM; //Value gained upon mastery.
     public int ATM;
     public int DFM;
     public int EVM;
     public int MGM;

     [Range(0f, 10f)]
     public int jobExp; //Starts at 0 and when max value is reached, job is mastered.
 }

I'm trying to get the "Sprite JobSprite" and "Sprite FemaleSprite" into the "changeJob" function as they are already assigned in the editor, but is it possible?

 public class Player : MonoBehaviour
 {
     public string playerName;
     public bool isFemale;
     public string currentJob;
     public SpriteRenderer spriteRenderer;
     public int playerExp;
     public int playerMaxExp = 2;
     [Range(1f, 100f)] public int playerLevel = 1;

     [Range(1f, 9999f)] public int currentHP = 1;
     [Range(1f, 999f)] public int currentAttack = 1;
     [Range(1f, 999f)] public int currentDefense = 1;
     [Range(1f, 999f)] public int currentEvasion = 1;
     [Range(1f, 999f)] public int currentMagic = 1;
     [Range(1f, 5f)] public int currentDice = 1;

     public Jobs[] jobs;

     private void Awake()
     {
         spriteRenderer = gameObject.GetComponent<SpriteRenderer>();
         changeJob("Warrior"); //This was a test to see if the job change was sensed.
     }

     void Update()
     {
         if (Input.GetKeyDown("g"))
         {
             calculatePlayerLevel(); //This was a test to see if the game calculated Level correctly.
         }
     }

     public void calculatePlayerLevel() //Call this function right after a battle.
     {
         while (playerExp >= playerMaxExp)
         {
             playerLevel++;
             playerExp -= playerMaxExp;
             playerMaxExp = (int)(playerMaxExp + Mathf.Log(playerLevel) * 3);

         }
         Debug.Log("Player has reached Level " + playerLevel + "!");
     }

     public void changeJob(string name)
     {
         Jobs j = Array.Find(jobs, jobName => jobName.JobName == name);
         if (j == null)
         {
             Debug.LogWarning("Job: " + name + " not found!");
         }
         currentJob = name;
         if(isFemale == true)
         {
 //This is where the sprite will change to the current job based on the array value given from "name".
         }
         Debug.Log("You turned into the " + name + " job!");
     }
 }

If someone can help me with this I would be very appreciative!
