unity fails to render transparency within a vector image (svg file) ,transparency within a vector svg file not showing in unity editor

i used the vector component in unity to create the asset for the player, the 2d vector graphic has some transparency within it's center to give it a red Hugh but when it goes into the unity editor it loses all it's transparency, here's a before and after for context: https://imgur.com/a/aTMrhFW ,i made a vector sprite using inkscape, then i used the vector component in unity to import it but all the transparency around the core has gone, here's a picture of before and after: https://imgur.com/a/aTMrhFW
