Problem In texture in some android devices

I am using unity version 2018.2.20f1, and i made the IL2CPP build for android to publish it on play store but the build is not running in some of the android devices, It shows the black screen i hope it is the texture problem. And even i upgraded my unity version to 2019.4.20f1 but the problem isn't resolved.
