When will Unity update Mono and support Azure Storage SDK?

We are small team that want to integrate Azure service into our application, but due to a non-implemented api, HttpClientHandler.MaxConnectionsPerServer. Azure SDKs cannot even be initialized. Just as mentioned in the answer of this thread: https://forum.unity.com/threads/attempting-to-connec-to-azure-blobs-results-in-notimplementedexception.1117705/

Our problem is, we want to know how long will it takes? if it gone take very long time to make it happens, then we might need to consider migrate the platform for this app's development, which can fully support .net.
