Texture/Materials are not loading ,Textures are not showing up on my materials

So everyt$$anonymous$$ng that I decide to import that has a texture skinned over it does not work, and everyt$$anonymous$$ng just ends up being a pink color. T$$anonymous$$s doesn't happen in any other of my projects and I've tried to duplicate the project, update to a newer version, everyt$$anonymous$$ng. It could be some sort of Probuilder or TextMesh error, even though I turned both off it still seems to be an issue. Any advice would be appreciated.
