UI element not snapping into the middle of parent?

Usually when I drag an UI element such as an image (Using Rect tool) for example that is inside of a Parent game object container, some guidelines may show up saying that the placement of the image is exactly in the middle of the parent either vertically or horizontally. Also, usually the UI element (while dragging) snaps the position into these guidelines. This is not happening in my project anymore. Is there any button that enables/disables this? Thank you in advance.

Make it 2D mode and Enable RectTool
