Game is freezes on mac M1

Hello, I have reports from players. Game freezes on mac M1. Game starts, but freezes when go to Menu Scene. Scene have init banks FMOD and start music. Any help? I not have mac and create build via Unity Cloud Build. Using verison 2021.1.18f1
