Hold on - Waiting for Unity's code in Unity.VisualScripting.Core.Editor.dll to finish executing

hi! every time i open my unity project there will be a “Hold on (busy for …)” modal window with the two following messages:

EditorApplication.delayCall: Unity.VisualScriptinng.PluginContainer.Initialize

Waiting for Unity’s code in Unity.VisualScripting.Core.Editor.dll to finish executing

i am using mirror networking if that has something to do with it.
does someone know how to solve this? i have searched through the web already and there are nothing about it.
also I am using unity 2021.2

I also encountered the same problem when I played Unity, and even when I edited my Animation, which seriously affected my work efficiency

We are still in the same problem, after updating to 2021 version.
