[Android] Mobile game - Intro video playback error

2021-11-08 16:44:16.876 4906 8789 Warn Unity AndroidVideoMedia: Error opening extractor: -10004

Hi. I am an indie game developer based in Korea.

I made an intro video for user can see when first time in the game. Then I put the video and built the game. There is no problem on the desktop, but on Android there is an error that the screen does not come out and only the sound is displayed.

In Korea, it was difficult to find a solution to the problem. pls help...

This is my Unity version. 19.4.9f1
