I used to always have these problems with builds and here's a few things to look out for.

Make sure you have all of your build tools installed and every requirement is done in Player under the Project Settings tab.

Make sure you have enough space on your computer as well.

It looks like the fundamental problem is:

error: cannot open C:\Program Files\Unity\Hub\Editor\2019.3.9f1\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\AndroidPlayer\OpenJDK\2020.3.22f1\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\AndroidPlayer\NDK\toolchains\llvm\prebuilt\windows-x86_64\bin/../sysroot/usr/lib/arm-linux-androideabi/19/libcompiler_rt-extras.a: No such file or directory

I'm not quite sure what that file is, but it seems to be a problem with the Android NDK installation on this computer. Could you try to reinstall it?

I'm not sure what the problem is then. Can you build an empty Unity project for Android with this installation?

Sure I'll try it.

I'm not quite sure what to do. Maybe try installing a new version of Unity?
