XR not being supported using the Vulkan graphics API

Hi all I am trying to install either one of the following

https://unitylist.com/p/xtr/ARG-VR

https://unitylist.com/p/tlj/Warehouse-VR

https://unitylist.com/p/tlk/Warehouse-Training

On my schools oculus Quest. We want to test these out in order to see if we can train students to be in a warehouse.

But I keep running into the same issue with all three of them. This is what I did: I installed the unity version 2019.2.6f1. This solved any version errors, then I installed the Android SDK & NDK Tools and the open JDL For android support for that version. I swapped the color space from lineair to Gamma in order to be able to switch to the android platform

I made sure my occulus rift is in developer mode and correctly linked.

The problem occurs when I am trying to build and run the files. I keep getting a few errors about XR not being supported using the Vulkan graphics API

This is the first time I am using unity. So please forgive any noob mistakes.

Does anyone know how to solve this?,Hi all I am trying to install either one of the following
