rotate the object with both fingers at the same time

How do I rotate an object with both drag at the same time? There are two active touches (A, B) on the screen, and when I move one finger, object "A" begin to rotate and then I stop, but the tuoch stays active, after then finger B begin to move, and the object returns again. How can this be done?
