Advise on point & click game VR game, with mouse?

Hello, I am new to VR gaming (and have been experimenting very little bit with Unity). I am a noob.

I want to make a simple point & click VR game, which would need only a headset and a mouse.

While wearing the VR headset he will see infront of him a multiple choice question, 'A', 'B', 'C' which he can select with the mouse. And then after selecting the answer, a video will play out. And to proceed to the next question, he will click with the mouse the 'next' button.

I haven't seen videos on youtube that explain how to make vr games with just one mouse ( it is with two mouse and a phone as well... )

Are there any videos/posts/documentation already available that you suggest? It is possible to make it?
