Hello guys. After updating UnityHub to 3.1.1 I can't longer login to my account. Please help :(

After the update when I press the login button in Unity Hub, it opens a blank page on a browser.
I checked Firewall and AdBlock.
Also tried to log in to my account on site before logging through Unity Hub. Didn’t work. And also vice versa.
It showed me this:

Make sure that you have selected Programms for all types of Web Files;
