Unity Hub not opening my project

Recently, I have been having an issue with the Unity Hub. Every time I click on a project to try and open it, Unity Hub starts loading but never opens it. I have tried numerous ways to fix it, and even tried deleting and reinstalling Unity Hub, but nothing seems to work, I've read multiple articles on the forum and tried the solutions out, but it still never works. One important piece of information is when I go to the project's file location, open scenes, and open a scene, and pops up and reads: "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem" Please help me in my situation, I spent so much time on this project.

Unity Hub Version: 3.1.2 PC: Windows 11
