i have a problem with my 2D game ,need help with 2D art when putting it in unity

My game i made a 2D pixel player and its 16x16 and when I inport it its smaller then my floor idk why they both are the same 16x16 the floor is big but player keeps going small and blury please help if you can point me to someone or a tutorial or somewhere i can learn i just dont under stand why thanks. ,when I make my 2D 16x16 pixel art I struggle bcs the thing keeps going small and its blury if i tryde but cant seem to find any tutorial about anything. With my floor its same 16x16 but its big and how i like it. Does anybody know were i can learn to get better and find out how lol .thanks

Make sure that you are importing the textures correctly.

Go to your import settings, on the top you should see “Texture type”, select “Sprite (2D and UI)”. While you are still there make sure there is no filter on your texture, the filter is trying to soften the image and as a result is blurring your pixel art. Towards the bottom you should see “Filter Mode”, select “Point (no filter)”.
