Unity Scroll View Item Disappear On Drag

I need help with the issue I am helping with the scroll views. Sometimes my players report that when they drag the scroll view in quick succession, the item inside the scroll view will just disappear suddenly. Based on what my players told me, it only happens occasionally and after they play for a long period. I personally never encountered this issue before, so I have no idea how to fix this. Please help if anyone has any idea about this.

Scroll View Setting: Using content size fitter with preferred size and vertical/horizontal layout group, not using any scrollbar
