gameObjects transform on top of each other

i am working on a card game which you have to build a deck everytime before starting a match but everytime I try to manage my cards in the slots they just transform on top of each other.here the code`

 public Transform[] slots;
 public bool thereIsCard = false;
 [SerializeField]private GameObject card;

 public void OnPointerDown(PointerEventData eventData)
 {
     for(int i = 0; i < slots.Length; i++)
     {
         if (card.transform.position == slots[i].position)
         {
             thereIsCard = true;
         }
         else
         {
             card.transform.position = slots[i].position;
         }
     }
 }

AR you sure transform.position is what you want to use? position is a float value... You shuld create a variable for position in deck, not use position in 3d space....

I believe you need only GameObject[] slots for create the deck.
