ive been going crazy about my dungeon code, why doesnt it work?

so ive been trying to make a 2D dungeon generator using unity 2021.3.4f1, but it simply doesnt work. code :

 public Tile Wall;
 public Tile ground;
 public Vector3Int pos;
 public Tilemap Dungeon;
 public Place[,] map = new Place[3,3] ;


 private void Start()
 {
     
     GenerateDungoenincode();


 }

     {

         {

             {
                 map[i, x].IsWall = true;
             }
             else
             {

I dont get an error or anything. but when i run it and apply my movement script, the "wall" tiles dont match up with the place in the array where Place.IsWall is true. (IsWall is a scriptable object with x , y, and a bool IsWall.) no test gave me any help. thanks you for answering in advance.

Just debug while runnig, slowly... variable per variable, and will see whats wrong
