How to write score script with different points for different answers?

Hi, I'm new to unity so please bare with me :)

So basically I've made a simple quiz game and need a script for scoring the points, w$$anonymous$$ch are 0, 1 or 2 based on the answer option (some questions have only 2 of t$$anonymous$$s options and some of them all 3).

Unfortunately all the tutorials i could find show either "correct/incorrect answer" method or just simple "+1 point" method, w$$anonymous$$ch aren't quite exactly what I'm looking for.

Another problem that I have is: my questions&answers aren't written as "text" elements, they are just given as complete pages made in Photoshop, where I put buttons with answer paths later.

So I don't really know how to make the scoring work...is there even a way? It would be great if I didn't have to write a whole script for the game from the beginning lol.
