Memory Leak in unity 2022.1.8f1

Hey all, I b een having trouble in the unity editor lately. My project is fairly large however Im not sure how my memory reaches these heights.

In my Task manager when unity is running without me touc$$anonymous$$ng it I get about 3 - 4 gb of memory used.

however once I start opening menus I/e package manager or even just folders in assets, my memory rises unitl unity crashes with a out of memory error t$$anonymous$$s also happens when im trying to make a build or when I attempted a reimport all. Im not sure how to find t$$anonymous$$s leak because whenever I search unity's memory skyrockets up to about 120 gb of RAM usage.

Whenever I was able to do a memory profile it said all my memory was being eaten up by Grap$$anonymous$$cs/Grap$$anonymous$$cs Driver. I was wondering if anyone else had t$$anonymous$$s issue and what they did to fix it?
