Netcode for Gameobjects - Transport missing

I've installed "Netcode for Gameobjects 1.0.0" and "Unity Transport 1.1.0" via the package manager.

Following the instructions on this page I should be able to

Click "Select Transport".
Select UnityTransport.

but there is no transport. Not in the Scene nor in the Assets tab. How can I add the transport?
