How do I fix the "Requires Team License"?

This happens after running specific things in unity (material edit, shader import, package import), I only use one device for unity and I use the personal license, after this error occurs, I am completely unable to edit anything. Please help, and I’ve already tried contacting support!

Which version of Unity did you downloaded?. There are 3 versions in Unity website. 1 doesnt need any license.
