iOS: IAP products return wrong localizedTitle / localizedDescription

Hello!

We're currently experiencing some problems with the In App Purchasing package on iOS. After initialization we try to access the localized properties of the retrieved products, but the titles and description either are in the wrong language or in no recognizable language at all. Also, every product is in a different wrong lanuage.

This does not reproduce 100% of the time, but in the majority of tries. The same build can behave differently on different devices.

Our products are defined in the product catalog and we initialize the system like this:

 private async Task InitUnityService()
         {
             await UnityServices.InitializeAsync().LogExceptionIfFaulted();
 
             var builder = ConfigurationBuilder.Instance(StandardPurchasingModule.Instance());
             IAPConfigurationHelper.PopulateConfigurationBuilder(ref builder, ProductCatalog.LoadDefaultCatalog());
             UnityPurchasing.Initialize(this, builder);
         }


And this is how we then access the products after initialization:

 public void OnInitialized(IStoreController controller, IExtensionProvider extensions)
             {
                 Debug.Log("IAP: System initialized!");
                 this.storeController = controller;
                 this.extensionProvider = extensions;
                 googleExtensions = extensions.GetExtension<IGooglePlayStoreExtensions>();
                 appleExtensions = extensions.GetExtension<IAppleExtensions>();
     
     
             foreach (var product in storeController.products.all)
             {
                 if (!product.availableToPurchase)
                     continue;
     
                 Debug.Log($"IAP: Available Product: {product.metadata.localizedTitle} for price {product.metadata.localizedPrice}");
             }
  }
 

Our products on iOS are all in the "approved" state and we are testing via Testflight groups. Is there something we're missing here? As far as I can tell everything works just fine on android. I'm especially confused by this failing consistently for other people whereas it seems random on my test device.
